Very frustrating as we checked in to the hotel then 5 hours later we were told we had to move rooms at 10.30pm we had to re pack our bags and move to another building on the complex. No offer of compensation or a proper apology from management. It was very frustrating as we were looking forward to getting back to the hotel room and having a good nights sleep . Instead re packing all our bags and moving was rather stressful. Apart from this the hotel room was great and we had a lovely stay.

The hotel room was spacious and clean. It was so lovely to return to such a clean space after a day on the slopes. The sofa bed was broken / very uncomfortable and the fridge freezer made a loud noise every 30 mins or so making it difficult to sleep in the lounge area. Swimming pool was an added bonus but did get very busy late afternoon / early evening.

Enjoyable stay but compared to last year, the food was terrible. All of the “hot” food was cold and quite a few items were stale.

...all together it was ok, the target was good skiing and target was reached. Have found that, with good exceptions, staff was rather struggling to understand or speak English, particularly at the restaurant... obviously to me staff are hard working people, having to deal constantly with lot of pressure from and trying hard to please the tourists, many of them actually not neccesarily the finest/easiest people...:)... although I would consider there was enough variation, I was kind of missing a description of the menu at the restaurant...it could be helful to have a brief description of the dishes placed next to/above each dish... our contact, Luben, was very friendly/kind and very helpful!

Hotel is very nice, with clean and comfort rooms. Rooms facilities are exactly as described on the web site. Rooms are cleaned on daily basis, towels changed on request. Indoor pool is very nice and warm, we used it every day, but changing rooms are not well organized and pool is a bit small compared to hotel capacity. Breakfast and dinner buffet is tasty and everyone taste can be satisfied at least with one meal selection. This is really very nice hotel and best value for money. I would say that service and staff is not so friendly, but it was not something that influenced our overall impression.

Good place to stay, relatively close to the Gondola lift. The sauna and the pool are pretty good too. Food is okay, not too much variety though. The worst part is the rooms' condition: broken shower cabins, electric bulbs and outlets, bad ventilation for non-smokers. These things should be fixed/repaired (and it'd make a very little of efforts to fix them) to make the hotel a good candidate for our next visit.

For two years in a row we go to the same hotel and we are very pleased. The hotel is close to the gondola and the center, food is good, the hotel is clean and the staff was very pleasant. The only small complaint is that the water in the pool is cold and room itself was cold.

I had a very positive experience at the Belvedere. The staff was very accommodating. My only complaint would be the hot tub was warm, not hot and that our room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

It is the 3rd season in a row that we have been using your services to book our skiing holidays to Bansko staying at the Belvedere Hotel Apartments and not only for us but for our friends as well.

Although we do not have any problem with your agency, we are sorry to say that the Belvedere this year was really a disappointment not only to us but to our friends as well. Cleaning services were at its worse, the staff not really interested in doing their job, the swimming pool continuously not warm and above all our skies were stolen outside the hotel (not that this was their fault – but they did nothing to assist us to get help from the police) and they did not care at all!.

Unbelievably poor service.

The hotel is OK. However, our apartment and the furniture were full of dust. The tablecloth was dirty and so the the dishes. Our Tv didn't work. Yet, good location, nice design in the room and all amenities. Staff was not polite.

Very nice accomodation. Everything is brand new and clean. Friendly staff. We enjoyed spa facilities. Close to gondola at a walking distance. There is also a shuttle bus. Very good value for money. We will stay again! Highly recommended.

I am retired person, so I was looking for great value for my money and tried to avoid the excessive luxury. In my point of view, Belvedere is a very nice apartments with many facilities. The only shortcoming was the tasteless food.
