The room had no heating control and was terribly hot. Balcony door open all week. Staff very nice, especially the concierge. Food pretty good, but the hot dishes should be kept hotter

Absolutely amazing hotel with stunning views of the slopes. Fantastic breakfast to start your day on the slopes. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The hotel was always clean and felt welcoming.
We will definitely be back next year.

We have stayed at this hotel for many years, generally the service is very good but on this occasion we were charged for a mini bar item which we did not have. Despite confirming no mini bar items the cleaner who could not speak English advised reception an item was missing? This was disappointing from a customer experience and trust perspective. Our booking process was very good as always.

This was our 3rd stay in Orlovets. We have been to several other hotels in Pamporovo, but Orlovets is by far much better. The only advice to the management is that more shuttles during the day and probably to Studenetz will be beneficial. There are families with small children and access to the ski area can be tricky with no shuttles available at lunchtime.
We have recommended the hotel to friends and several families have already visited it. We will definitely book it again in the future.

All stuff (except restaurant) very friendly, smiley and qualified: reception, spa ets. Unfortunately restaurant service to bad: dirty and not friendly service. All my british and bulgarian friends leave the hotel for the reason to others hotels.

Lovely hotel, good location with good transfer service to and from the ski centres, friendly and helpful staff.
Great choice and variety of food served, however no drinks offered with evening meal not even water (only available for purchase). Other hotels in other resorts where we have stayed previously, having booked with the same tour group provides drinks with the evening meals which made a huge difference especially when you have children.
Great spa facilities.
My room was always on the cool side, but would get very hot during the night disturbing sleep as the heat would dry out the air, yet my friend’s adjoining room was warm throughout the day and night, this was evident when entering one room to the other via the connecting doors.

I would stay at this hotel again.

The hotel has recently been done up, to a higher standard. Hallway and rooms, but have got rid of baths and put in showers instead. After a long day on slopes skiing etc. you need a nice relaxing bath to soak in.

Sauna was nice, pool was cold and small. Not enough entertainment for kids - the -1 level had enough room for a games room but all that was there was a broken table tennis table. Room was comfortable but too hot and the walls are thin so you hear your neighbours. The shower in the room was very effective. The dinner hall is too small for the number of guests but the amount of food was OK. Food choice was variable - sometimes it was excellent, other times not great. The ski shuttle service is chaotic and could do with a ticketing or booking system as the random rush would often leave people who had waited a long time behind if the shuttle happened to stop in a slightly different place.

The Hotel could do with a bit of an update it is getting very tatty in places. I would not rate it a five star, would be a three star in my eyes.

This is the 8th Year I have stayed at this hotel and it is excellent. My only criticism this year was the spa. The staff were unfriendly and it appeared that 2 of them did not know how to undertake a full body massage

Central contemporary hotel with fantastic views. Plenty of hot water. Staff helpful in restaurant but not quick at keeping things topped up. Food warm as is the norm. Lacks a cosy place to unwind at end of day - piano bar has no atmosphere. Needs a cosy fire!

enjoyed our stay in hotel very much.hotel is very central and very near bus pick up for ski lifts.rooms spotless .food good.staff might be more friendly but overall this hotel is well up to 5 star irish hotel standard .pamporovo is ideal for family ski holliday

this is a amazing hotel and i would recomend this to anyone one and everyone the ski resort is within minutes and the ski school instructors are fantastic and deserve a pay rise thats why at the end of the week we all stuck 10 euros in the pot and gave ivan our ski instructor the money he was very greatful as they are only payed pennies but anyway back to the hotel now. YOU JUST GOTA GO

Majority of staff area bit miserable and unhelpful and don't understand English. Buffet food awful. Swimming pool cold. Ski instruction very good and learn to ski, excellent, packs excellent value.
Food in general apart from hotel was better than i thought and very cheap in addition. However, they are plenty of dining and entertaining options in Pamporovo which amazed us. We had thought that it would be worse. If I visit BG next winter, I may opt for Borovets or Bansko instead..

Call 5 stars for this hotel is a non sense.
In 5 stars hotel you will have at the minimum for the breakfast real orange juice and real coffee, not a chimical orange juice and awfull coffee. Also note that the customers have 2 lifts at there disposal and the staff also 2 lifts for them, imagine when one of the Customer lift is not working which happen.
For me 3 stars shall be enough...

An excellent hotel. Contemporary, clean and confortable. Good choice of food, though breakfast could be improved. Staff very helpful, except one or two waiters who are perfectly well balenced with chips on both shoulders.
