The hotel is advertised as 4 stars, and is in fact at most 3 stars. This is unfair to the customers. There was a problem with my reservation, done intialy to Booking.com, redirected to ProfiTours; in the fist place I was asked t pay 1/3 of the value of the hollyday; problem solved in the end, not pleased by the situation. Low quality of the sodas, low cost food, same dishes everyday, no fruit juices, no free internet, weak internet in the lobby that did not work on the entire pool area, payed parking, insufficient umbrellas at the pool, no fun activities in the (no pool or tennis table), for adults or kids, no annimation activities in english, no playground for kids, no activities after 22.00, no international TV stations in english, old music, at anytime you should be able to get at pool a drink or an icecream. Very small and insufficient glasses for the drinks. I appreciate the pool as big and clean. The room was spacious and had refrigerator, AC and TV. Claning on a daily basis. Plenty of food. Close to beach and Nessebar. The big minus is the food and drinks. Total grade 6/10.

The good: the staff were helpful and friendly; the animation team worked hard to keep both kids and adults entertained. The bad: the hotel was not very clean or well maintained. There were no designated non smoking areas so people smoked everywhere. If you are a non-smoker it is practically impossible to enjoy your meal or hanging out by the pool as you are constantly surrounded by cigarette smoke. The rooms smelled too - they showed us three different rooms and we still ended up in one that smelled. Despite asking for a non-smoking room we definitely did not get it (there was a cigarette burn on the couch). The food was OK, but not a great variety. After a few days you start having an impression that you keep eating the same thing over and over again. Definitely not a four star hotel standard.
