I booked a room at the nessebar bay hotel 2 months ago, I received the voucher by email a few days before I left, but when I arrived at the hotel I was told that I didn't actually have a reservation at the bay but at nessebar mare. a big disappointment this trip because of how the problem was solved.

Õîòåëúò å ñóïåð, îáñëóæâàíåòî ñïîðåä ñâåòîâíèòå ñòàíäàðòè, åäèíñòâåíî ïëàæíàòà èâèöà íå ìè äîïàäíà, íî çà ñìåòêà íà òîâà áàñåéíèòå è àêâà ïàðêà êîìïåíñèðàõà òîâà. Ìîæå äà ñå èçèñêâà ïîâå÷å îò õðàíàòà, çà ìîÿ âêóñ áåøå íà çàäîâîëèòåëíî íèâî! Íî ñ ðàäîñò ïðåïîðú÷âàì õîòåëà íà âñåêè êîéòî èñêà åäíî ïðèÿòíî ïåò çâåçäíî èçæèâÿâàíå:)

small rooms and uncomfortable beds. you should not accommodate 2 adults and 2 children in such a room. also, the food is not one for 4* hotel

We paid extra for a sea-side view room...the view was a disappointment. We were angled to if you looked out the window just right, you could see the sea. The hotel even offered a different room when I talked to the front desk, but the 2nd room was worse than the first.

-rooms overlooking the sea are worth the price difference
-cold water both at the indoor pool and the outside
-the lack of a private beach can not be substituted by the four swimming pools. is basically a resort for pool lovers
-skilled and attentive staff deserve a ten

We stayed at Sol Nessebar Mare in summer 2014 and kind of knew what to expect for the holiday in Sol Nessebar Bay. Good buffet style food, nice and large hotel area with many swimming pools, friendly staff (though English was not so good sometimes, but same thing goes with me too), great animation team and lots of activities during daytime for kids and grown ups and cosy, but not luxurious, rooms. The hotel fullfilled our expectations in full and in addition to that we were positively surprised because of new waterslides, bars and restaurants. Waterslides and resort's outdoor areas were still partly under construction, but overall the hotel was great and is probably going to be even better, when everything is finished. Only negative thing concerning the hotel itself was the non-working air conditioning in our room; it took several days to fix it, but we decided not to let this affect too much in our holiday feeling.

hotel is not bad but the all inclusive is not very good. Food is poor. Lots to pay extra, coctails,childeren games, sauna, hamam etc.
