There are so many small things impacting strongly on the hotel’s inage that I don’ have the time to make a full account. Here are just a few:
-Towels are changed once every 3 days
- The room was falling appart
- There were no dishes or plates in the kitchen even though there was a fully equipped kitchen
- 5 days nu cleaning in the room. You can check the place where the hair dryier is, ther is an imprint of dust on the shelf
- plastic glasses for hot drinks

The staff lacked experience, very very poor English.
The food was exactly the same every single day and it was not good at all.
cleaning was done just once in 7 days(Toilet paper missing, shampoo brought just once)
Every time we came had problems with the booking.
The management needs to change as there were troubles in every segment(reception, cleaning, food)

The food is absolutely horrible, you really need to improve the quality of products you serve at breakfast. Why not server coffee at dinner? Why not have pickles for dinner? After all, bulgarians are well knows for pickles.

The food was bad and the breakfist started only at 08:00.
We were late for our ski school. when we asked for a early breakfist the answer was can not do!
(all bansco hotels start at 07:00) at high seasson the gondola line takes more than 1 hour.
The room was not clean and the bed had a a small matrescover...it came off every time i torn in bed.
would not recomend at all!!! sorry.

Except the breakfast, which was the same poor untasty one every day, the hotel was better than i expected. Hope the staff will smile a little next time

Excelent position, staff ok, rooms are spaciouse, clean and beautifull, dinner excelent with many choises, but breakfast....poor and the same for 10 days în row.
